Dr. Murphy and Chelsea opened Pinnacle Physical Therapy in August 2017 and are working every day to bring Arkansas the highest level of care possible. Their son Casen and daughters Adalyn and Malia, love living in The Natural State. They love the outdoors, and Pinnacle Mountain State Park holds a special place in their hearts.
Chelsea was born and raised in North Little Rock. As a child she dreamt of being a dolphin trainer. In the pursuit of this dream, she joined the Arkansas Dolphins Swim Team and swam competitively from 7 years old all the way through college. She went to UALR with a swimming scholarship and got a BA in psychology with a minor in marketing. After college, she began that dream job which took her to Hawaii and Florida where she worked at Marineland in FL, Sea Life Park in HI, and SeaWorld in FL.
While working at SeaWorld in Orlando, she met Dr. Brian Murphy through her coworker who had also been on a date with him! For some reason which had to come from above, she felt the 2 were meant for each other...and she was right! Not only do Brian and Chelsea make a great family, their strengths compliment each other in the business setting as well.
While Brian is more analytical and a perfectionist, Chelsea will not stop until the task is completed. They are always telling each other, there is no way they could make this business happen without the other.
Currently, Chelsea’s role in the business is the CFO.
Meet Pinnacle's massage therapist, Elizah Khan. Elizah was raised in Arkansas and moved and lived in California for 8 years. She most enjoys working in a medical setting where she gets to use her background in exercise science and bodywork to help individuals with pain and better their performance.

Denise Fisher joined the Pinnacle family in December 2020 as Patient Care Coordinator. She has a diverse background in business management, client development, and customer service. She’s enjoyed the daily interactions and building relationships with our patients.
Denise knows first-hand the frustration of a painful injury. In 2016, after slipping on wet concrete in the carport, her husband helped her to her feet, but after the fall her left wrist was bent at an odd angle. After surgery, she began a stringent physical therapy regiment and followed it every day for several weeks. As a result of physical therapy, Denise’s left wrist is now fully healed and mobile—and an extra benefit is that it can detect upcoming changes in the weather!
Last summer Denise’s husband, who is an avid golfer, began teaching her to hit the golf ball without whiffing. Thankfully Denise is teaching him patience in return. Denise loves working one-on-one with all current and prospective patients here at Pinnacle to ensure their experience with us is the best it can be!
In her free time, Denise and her husband like to travel and enjoy being in the great outdoors. They love visiting family and friends, seeing historical sites, and experiencing new cultures. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
