Reducing Pain, Increasing Performance
Hit the
Ball Farther
Our golf physical therapy program has three main goals: treat injury or pain, prevent injury or pain, and boost your athletic performance. You may be interested in one or more of these goals, and we can help you with all three. Dr. Brian Murphy is not only a highly trained physical therapist, he is also a Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute Medical Provider, meaning he can transform your body so you can play pain-free golf longer.
Golf Pain/Injury
First things first—if you’re in pain or injured, you won’t be playing your best golf, if at all. Get ahead of the pain with a physical therapy program with golfers in mind. Golf uses a unique set of motions and muscles to obtain a perfect swing, and you can wear yourself out without the right plan in place.
Golf Performance
Our Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional will help you enhance your body to hit the ball farther and play with more consistency.

“Over the last month, I have seen a drastic increase in strength and mobility related to golf.’’
“The fitness side of golf has become so critical in recent years. I am currently playing professional golf on the Symetra Tour with hopes of making it to the LPGA. When looking for a golf-specific trainer, Dr. Murphy is a can't miss. He took the time to look at my current strengths and weaknesses, then created a very specific plan to help me improve and become stronger. Over the last month, I have seen a drastic increase in strength and mobility related to golf. He has helped me so much, and I know he can help you as well! He is very knowledgeable, has great attention to detail, and wants the best for his patients!”

After meeting Brian, understanding his knowledge of the game and being a Physical Therapist I made a great choice to enter the program.”
“A friend asked me to join him to help us improve our golf game. At 67, I thought, right. When I found out it involved balance, stretching, and conditioning I was certainly not sure. However, after meeting Brian, understanding his knowledge of the game and being a Physical Therapist I made a great choice to enter the program. Brian made it fun, enjoyable and he held back from laughing at me especially when I was working on balance stances. I highly recommend Brain, not only for this program but for any Physical Therapy needs you might have.”
